The interiors are painted with oil bound distemper while the exteriors are painted with emulsion paint. The electrical provisions include fire resistant electrical wires of Anchor/Finolex make, one Earth Leakage Circuit Breaker (ELCB) in every apartment, electrical switches of Anchor/Roma/Tressa series make and earthing is done up with copper wire using loop system.
